Emmanuel School, Walsall

Emmanuel (Christian) School is looking to make some new appointments for 2008. This is an exciting time for the school with the likelihood of a new building and a developing vision to provide Christian education for the West Midlands. There is the possibility of 3 or 4 new posts but these are dependent on finances and it will not be finally known for a few weeks as to how many of these posts we can appoint. We see this work as a calling and the salary involves a considerable level of sacrifice (volunteers would also be welcome!). We would not rule out job shares for some of these posts.

Lower School (Nursery to Year 2)
A full–time teaching post; working in a team in the lower school taking responsibility in the Early Years or Infant classrooms.

Junior School
We are looking for a full-time teacher who will mainly teach a Year 3/4 class or possibly a Year 5/6 class.

Secondary School
We are looking for at least one full-time teacher to join this section of the school. As we are a small school, we need a teacher who is flexible and able to teach a range of subjects. We have a pressing need for a French (or possibly another language) teacher. After that any other subjects would be discussed but could include any of the following: Art, Music, Maths, History, Geography, IT, PE and English.
